Funding Rate Alert (Discord)
Fetches the current funding rate for a symbol on Hyperliquid; if the rate is at or above your threshold, it sends an alert to a Discord channel via webhook, then finishes.
Config

Symbol (e.g. BTC) (required): The perpetual symbol to check. Example:
BTC,ETH. Changing it changes which funding rate is fetched. -
Funding rate threshold (%) (required): Alert only when the funding rate is at or above this percentage. Example:
0.01. Lower values alert more often; higher values only on stronger rates. Default in the UI: 0.01. -
Discord Webhook URL (required): The webhook URL for the Discord channel where the alert is sent. Create a webhook in your Discord channel settings (Server → Channel → Integrations → Webhooks) and paste the full URL here.
Logic
What it does, step by step:
- It reads your symbol, threshold, and Discord webhook URL from the config.
- It fetches the current funding rate for that symbol from Hyperliquid.
- It compares the rate to your threshold. If the rate is at or above the threshold, it sends a short message to your Discord channel (title and funding rate vs threshold). If the rate is below the threshold, it does not send.
- It then finishes and reports the symbol, funding rate, threshold, whether the threshold was exceeded, and whether an alert was sent.
When it stops: After the single check and optional Discord alert; it runs once and stops.
If something fails: If fetching the funding rate or sending the Discord message fails, the error propagates and the workflow ends.
