SeamFlux Terms of Service

1. OVERVIEW
We are SeamFlux ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"), and we operate the SeamFlux AI workflow platform, our website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy (these "Terms"), constitute a legally binding contract between you and SeamFlux regarding your use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. DEFINITIONS
- "Service" means the SeamFlux AI workflow platform, including all features, functionalities, and content.
- "User," "you," "your" means any individual or entity using the Service.
- "User Content" means any content, data, or information that you upload, create, or generate using the Service.
- "Workflow" means any automated process, sequence, or workflow created using the Service.
- "AI Models" means any artificial intelligence models, algorithms, or systems used by the Service.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT CREATION
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Account Creation
- You may create an account using passkey authentication or other methods we provide.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
4. USE OF THE SERVICE
4.1 Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use.
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

- Use the Service to create, transmit, or store malicious code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. AI AND WORKFLOW USAGE
- You may create, modify, and execute workflows using our AI-powered tools
- You are responsible for the content and outcomes of your workflows
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
- You should review and validate all AI-generated outputs before relying on them
- Workflows may interact with blockchain networks, cryptocurrency exchanges, and third-party services; you are responsible for all actions taken by your workflows
6. CREDITS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
6.1 Credit System
- The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you execute workflows
- We provide a daily free allowance of credits as specified in our current pricing terms
- Credit consumption varies based on workflow complexity and node usage
- Unused daily credits do not roll over to the next day
- We reserve the right to modify credit allocation and pricing at any time
6.2 Subscriptions and Payments
- If subscription plans are available, they will be billed according to the selected plan terms
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
- We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice; changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and authorizing charges
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service
6.3 Refunds
Refunds, if any, will be provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law. Generally:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the service period has commenced
- We do not provide refunds for consumed credits
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our refund policy
7. BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS
7.1 Blockchain Transaction Risks
IMPORTANT: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be undone.
- You are solely responsible for all blockchain transactions initiated through your workflows
- We do not control blockchain networks and cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions
- You must verify all transaction details (recipient addresses, amounts, network fees) before confirming
- Network congestion may cause delays or increased fees; we are not responsible for such delays
- Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile; we are not responsible for any financial losses
7.2 Wallet Security
- You are responsible for securing your wallet private keys and credentials
- We do not store your wallet private keys; they are managed by your wallet provider
- You must use secure wallet practices and never share your private keys or seed phrases
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised wallets or unauthorized access
7.3 Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services including:
- Blockchain networks and protocols
- Cryptocurrency exchanges and trading platforms
- Wallet providers and authentication services
- Other dApps and Web3 services
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by SeamFlux or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of workflows and content you create using the Service
- By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service
- You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload or create
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
9.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.
9.2 AI Accuracy
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI outputs
- You should always review and validate AI-generated content before relying on it
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SeamFlux SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for:
- Losses resulting from blockchain transactions or cryptocurrency trading
- Losses resulting from compromised wallets or unauthorized access
- Losses resulting from third-party service failures or security breaches
- Losses resulting from AI-generated content errors or inaccuracies
- Losses resulting from workflow execution errors or failures
10. TERMINATION
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- You fail to pay required fees
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
10.3 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies
- You remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred before termination
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

- Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
13.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or blockchain network failures.
